Deb Lemon is the co-CEO of On Board Experiential (OBE), an award-winning, full-service experiential marketing agency with offices in San Francisco, Los Angeles, and New York City. She also serves as a partner and board member at Think TRUE, a multicultural marketing agency she helped incubate.

A former college athlete, Deb began her career working retail for Nike and quickly rose through the ranks. She ultimately led a wide range of brand experiences—including marathons, Olympic Games, and product launches—and was the visionary behind the creation of the Nike Women’s Marathon. Now, as co-CEO of OBE, she brings straight talk, smart strategy, and relentless energy to connect brands with their audiences and create unforgettable experiences with lasting impact.

Deb is passionate about advancing women into the C-suite through mentorship and support. She is a member of Chief, a private network for executive women, and has been a driving force behind increasing diversity in the marketing industry. Her work includes incubating and advising the launch of Think TRUE, a minority-owned and led agency.

An expert team builder, Deb believes that the foundation of any successful organization lies in establishing clear institutional values, fostering an inclusive and resilient company culture, and ensuring all stakeholder voices are heard and respected.

As a mother, Deb is a firm believer in lifelong learning and is excited to bring her business insight and passion for adventure to Sycamore Community School.
