Application Process

  • Submit an application via our online application portal

  • Pay $120 application fee via application website

  • You will receive a confirmation of application

  • Complete a teacher and administrator recommendation

  • A screening time will be scheduled by the Sycamore team

  • For an expedited process, email a recent copy of report cards and testing materials to admissions@sycamorecs.org

Required Forms

Recommendation forms will be automatically emailed to teachers and administrators when filling out our Facts Application. All recommendation forms are completed through the application portal.


Admission Deadlines

  • October 1: transfer students

  • December 15th: new family

  • Grades 1-8 admission is rolling based on availability


Tuition & Fees (25-26)

  • Annual Tuition: $18,100

  • Technology, Supply & Field Trip Fee: $495

Re-Enrollment Fees:

  • Single Student: $2,000

  • Two Students: $3,000

  • Three Students: $4,000

  • Kindergarten Enrollment: $2,500
